Bluegreen Corporation also offers a portfolio of comprehensive, turnkey, fee-based services, including resort management services, financial services, and sales and marketing services, to or on behalf of third parties.
BBX Capital Real Estate specializes in the development, operation, management, and investment in residential and commercial real estate and real estate lending. As of March 1, 2017, BBX Capital Real Estate’s portfolio includes a wide range of commercial and residential properties. Residential properties include Bonterra in Miami, Beacon Lake in Jacksonville, and The Village at Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale. Commercial properties include Gardens on Millenia in Orlando, PGA Station in Palm Beach, and Robovault in Fort Lauderdale.
BBX Sweet Holdings invests in and acquires manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers of chocolate and confectionery products. As of March 1, 2017, the most notable holdings include Hoffman’s Chocolates , Anastasia Confections, Droga Chocolates, Kencraft Candy and Williams & Bennett.
